A. Ordering through our e-store couldn't be easier. Select your choice of item and the desired pack size to add to your Shopping Cart. Once you have completed the selection, go to View Cart where you can view and/or modify your order before checking out. To place an order, click on check out. You will then be given a choice to be registered as our e-store user. If you would not like to register as our e-store user, you can still proceed with your order by entering your information into the text fields provided. You will be then asked to choose your shipping option and will then be directed to our secure server to enter your card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and your order will be shipped out within 7 working days.
Please make sure to have added our e-mail addresses to your e-mail safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any e-mail confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated e-mails to be wrongly directed there.
